Stop Smoking
October 2013

Helen Christov BSc (Hons) MNIMH

October is Stop Smoking month.

Even non-irradiated tobacco is linked to fatal health problems such as heart disease, lung disease and cancer. Aside from these serious conditions, smoking depletes energy levels and leads to premature aging. Who wants to be an addict?

Herbal medicine can help. Lobelia (not the garden variety!) contains an alkaloid called lobeline, which is similar enough to nicotine to block receptors in the brain and reduce cravings. This herb is restricted to practitioner use only and is not available for sale to the public. Therefore, I’m offering:

3 half price consultations to everyone who wants help to stop smoking this month.

Various nervine herbs can also support the emotional side of breaking the tobacco habit. Everyone is different and so treatment is tailored to suit your unique individual needs.

To book a consultaiton, please ring 0795 6864933 or Email helen_ziggurat@yahoo.co.uk
